Public Art: Omaha Chamber of Commerce Projects
I think these projects are really cool and creative like that of Assemblage Art or Op Art. Whereas sponsored projects like these are legal in many places, it is illegal to block or mask public property with public art like those of graffiti artists. I have included another video in which case it WOULD BE ILLEGAL.
